Membership, Facility Access, Reservation, and Payment Terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses the Arizona Snooker Academy application and facility ("Facility"). By accepting them in the application and using the Facility, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Membership Fees and Payment Terms

The membership fee shall be Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per membership year. The membership fee may be paid either in a single annual payment or pursuant to an approved monthly payment arrangement. Any monthly payment arrangement shall be subject to the payment terms and conditions established by the Facility.

2. Renewal of Existing Memberships

All members currently enrolled under any prior, grandfathered, legacy, or discontinued membership plan (“Prior Membership”) shall be required to renew their membership and transition to the Facility’s then-current membership terms, conditions, and pricing.

Upon expiration of a Prior Membership, or failure to timely renew such membership, the Prior Membership shall be deemed expired and terminated, and all rights and privileges associated therewith shall immediately cease. No member shall be entitled to continue using or receiving benefits under a Prior Membership following its expiration or termination.

3. Active Membership and Facility Access

Only an individual whose membership is current, active, and in good standing (“Active Member”) shall be entitled to unrestricted twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) day facility access (“24/7 Access”), subject to the Facility’s rules, policies, and applicable access restrictions.

An individual whose membership is expired, terminated, suspended, delinquent, or otherwise not in good standing shall not be entitled to 24/7 Access or member pricing.

Such individual may utilize the Facility only through advance scheduling and subject to availability. All table time and other applicable services utilized by a non-member shall be charged at the Facility’s then-current non-member rates.

4. Table Time Charges

All charges incurred for table time shall become due and payable within twenty-four (24) hours following the applicable reservation or use, unless otherwise expressly authorized by the Facility in writing.

5. Delinquent Accounts and Late Charges

If any table-time balance remains unpaid after the expiration of the twenty-four (24) hour payment period, the account shall be considered delinquent.

A late charge of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the outstanding balance remains unpaid, commencing on the day immediately following the expiration of the applicable twenty-four (24) hour payment period and continuing until the outstanding balance and all applicable charges have been paid in full.

The member acknowledges and agrees that timely payment is a material condition of continued access to the Facility and use of the reservation system.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Arizona Snooker Academy, LLC ("we", "us") collects through the Arizona Snooker Academy application and at our facility at 470 E. Warner Road, Suite 1, Chandler, AZ 85225, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account details: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and your password, which we store only in scrambled (hashed) form.

Activity in the app: your bookings and table sessions, who you played with, join requests, ladder, tournament and event results, friends you add, problem reports you send (including any photo you attach), and the notifications we send you.

Payments: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the amount, date and status of each payment and a receipt email address; we never receive or store your full card number.

Membership: your membership and cue locker status and expiry dates.

Device: a notification token so we can send push notifications to your phone.

Facility access: a record of each time you unlock the front door from the app (who and when). Fingerprints used at the door are enrolled and stored only on the access terminal at the facility; they are not stored in the app or sent to us online. The facility is monitored by video and audio security cameras.

How we use it

To run your account and bookings, switch table lights and unlock the door for your session, work out and collect payments (including late charges), manage memberships and events, send the notifications you choose, keep the facility and members safe, prevent misuse, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the system for us, and only for that purpose: Google Firebase (secure database, sign-in sessions and push notifications), Stripe (payments), Resend (sign-in code and account emails), Cloudflare (secure connection to the facility), and Apple and Google (delivering push notifications). Other members can see your name where the app shows who is playing, on the ladder and in events. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is active. Notifications are kept for 60 days and system backups for up to 30 days. Payment and accounting records are kept as long as the law requires. When your account is deleted, your profile, notifications and sign-in records are removed; payment records may be kept for accounting.

Your choices

You can edit your name and phone number and choose which notifications you get in Profile. You can ask us to delete your account in Profile → Delete account, or by emailing us. You can turn off push notifications in your phone's settings at any time.

Security

Sign-in uses your password plus a one-time code sent to your email. Information is sent over encrypted connections, passwords are stored only in hashed form, and access to the system is limited to authorized staff.

Children

The application and facility are intended for people 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
